How to apply for the contest?

01 / Choose the type of application

You can enter the contest as:

* An Individual – the president/vice president, owner/co-owner, founder/co-founder, or partner of capital companies operating for at least one year, registered in Poland or the EU. (Fee required).

* Startup - A company registered in the National Court Register (KRS), with a Tax Identification Number (NIP), generating revenue, and registered for at least 12 months in Poland or EU countries. (Fee required).

* An institution – cultural, social, local government, or governmental, having legal personality. (Fee required).

* Brand / Services / Product - Represented by a company registered for at least one year in Poland or EU countries. (Fee required).

* Management board – representatives of the executive body of capital companies. You can submit a management board consisting of 1–3, 4–5, or 6–10 members. (Fee required).

03 / Complete the necessary information

Fill in the information about the participant, the company, the innovations introduced, and write a brief justification for the Jury explaining why this innovation deserves the award in the application form.

04 / Settle the entry fee payment

Proceed to our store to pay for your entry. If you plan to attend the gala or conference, you can also purchase additional tickets.

05 / Announcement of results

The announcement of results will take place on September 19, 2025, during the Final Gala at the Wilanów Palace Warsaw, where the trophies will be awarded to the winners of the Innovative Leader Contest after dinner.
