I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These regulations (hereinafter: “Regulations”) define the rules and conditions for the organization and participation in the “Innovative Leader 2025” Competition (hereinafter: “Competition”).
The organizer of the Competition is Hexagon Events Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000959271, NIP 9512540453, REGON 521518730 (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

Applications for the Competition are accepted from the day of its announcement until June 12, 2025.
The aim of the Competition is to select and reward outstanding business leaders, startups, boards, brands/services, and products that implement innovative solutions in their sectors and industries.
II. COMPETITION CATEGORIES
1. The competition takes place in the following categories: • Innovative Leader (CEO/Founder)
• Innovative Start-UP
• Innovative Board
• Innovative Brand/Service • Innovative Product
2. Within the individual categories, the following industry sectors are distinguished:
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the list of industry categories depending on the number and nature of applications received.
III. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The Competition is open to:
Individuals holding management positions in enterprises (CEOs, founders, board members)
Enterprise management teams
Enterprises submitting their brands, products, or services
The Participant must meet the following criteria:
In the case of individuals – holding a management position in an enterprise
In the case of management teams – functioning as a formal management body of an enterprise
In the case of brands, products, and services – the minimum annual revenue of the enterprise at the level of 100,000 EURO
The condition for participation in the Competition is:
Completing the application form available on the Competition website
(www.innovativeleader.eu)
Paying the application fee as appropriate for the category
Acceptance of these Regulations
Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition
Each participant may submit an application in more than one competition category, with each application requiring a separate fee.
IV. COMPETITION FEES
Application fees for competition entries (all prices are net amounts): • Leader / CEO / Founder application – 49 EURO
• Start-UP application – 49 EURO
• Brand/Service application – 249 EURO • Product application – 190 EURO
• Board application – 249 EURO
Fees for participation in the Final Gala (all prices are net amounts): • Standard ticket – 249 EURO
• Startup ticket – 115 EURO
The competition fee should be paid within 7 days of submitting the application, but no later than
June 12, 2025.
Payments should be made to the bank account indicated by the Organizer in the application form.
Failure to pay the fee within the specified time limit will result in exclusion from participation in the Competition.
In case of withdrawal from participation in the Competition, the fee is non-refundable.
V. EVALUATION CRITERIA
1. Competition entries will be evaluated according to the following criteria: • Innovation of solutions (0-35 points)
• Impact on industry/sector development (0-25 points)
• Effectiveness and results of implemented solutions (0-20 points) • Development potential and scalability (0-20 points)
2. Each competition entry can receive a maximum of 100 points.
3. The evaluation of applications is carried out by the Competition Jury, consisting of experts and authorities in individual industries.
VI. COMPETITION PROCESS
1. The Competition takes place in the following stages:
• First stage: acceptance of applications (until June 12, 2025)
• Second stage: formal verification of applications (June 13-15, 2025)
• Third stage: substantive evaluation of applications by the Jury (June 16-18, 2025) • Fourth stage: Jury deliberations and selection of winners (June 19, 2025)
• Fifth stage: Final Gala and announcement of results (June 25, 2025)
2. The results of the Competition will be announced during the Final Gala and published on the Competition website and in partner media.
VII. AWARDS
In each category and industry sector, the following awards are presented:
“Innovative Leader 2025” statuette
Certificate confirming the title
Right to use the title and logo “Innovative Leader 2025” in marketing communication (in
accordance with license terms)
Winners receive the BASIC license to use the title and logo “Innovative Leader 2025” for a period of 1 year free of charge. They also have the option to purchase extended licenses:
• BASIC license – free (for a period of 1 year) • GOLD license – 990 EURO + VAT
• WINNER license – 1,990 EURO + VAT
The detailed scope of individual licenses is available in the licensing documentation provided to winners.
VIII. COMPETITION JURY
The Competition Jury is appointed by the Organizer.
The Jury consists of experts and authorities from various industries, representatives of business and scientific communities, and media.
The composition of the Jury will be published on the Competition website.
The Jury conducts a substantive evaluation of applications and selects winners in individual categories and industry sectors.
The Jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
IX. FINAL GALA
The Final Gala will take place on June 25, 2025, at the Wilanów Palace in Warsaw, as the second day of the CEE Innovation & Investment Executive Summit 2025 conference.
During the Final Gala, the results of the Competition will be announced and awards will be presented to the winners.
Competition participants will receive invitations to the Final Gala.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or place of the Final Gala, which will be communicated to participants with appropriate advance notice.
X. COPYRIGHT AND PROPERTY RIGHTS
The participant submitting to the Competition declares that they have full copyright and property rights to all materials provided to the Organizer as part of the application.
The participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided as part of the application, for the purpose of conducting the Competition and promotional activities related to the Competition.
The license referred to in point 2 covers the following fields of exploitation: • Fixation and reproduction by digital technology
• Distribution on the Internet
• Public display and playback
• Use in promotional and informational materials of the Competition
The license is granted for an indefinite period, without territorial restrictions.
XI. PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of the personal data of Competition participants is the Organizer.
Participants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
• Conducting and organizing the Competition • Selection and announcement of winners
• Awarding prizes
• Promotion of the Competition and its winners
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is: • The participant’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• The legitimate interest of the Organizer (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Participants have the right to:
• Access their personal data
• Rectify, delete, or restrict processing of data
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent to data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Competition website.
XII. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Competition, which will be immediately communicated to participants.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
Any disputes arising from participation in the Competition will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
The Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on the Competition website.
