Presidents/vice-presidents of capital companies registered at least 2 years.

Owners/co-owners, founders/co-founders, or partners of capital companies registered at least 2 years.

Cultural, social, local government, and governmental institutions, or those related to art and possessing legal personality registered at least 2 years.

The contest also allows the submission of a brand, service, or product by companies registered as capital companies, operating for at least 2 years in Poland or the EU (for startups, at least 1 year of operation).

In the case of a win or nomination, there is an option to purchase a license to use the contest logo with information about the category and year awarded, in marketing and product communication.
